Do you suffer from one of the following?
- chronic pain
- chronic fatigue
- gastrointestinal issues such as IBS, bloating, etc.
- eating disorders
- sleeping disorders
Would you be surprised to hear that if unresolved trauma is not processed properly, and integrated back into the whole of a person, the body will store that pain, and will manifest in some other way?
Trauma comes in all shapes, and sizes. It does not come in a one size fits all, nicely wrapped box. It's messy, muddy, and downright painful, and is not comparable to the trauma of others. We all experience trauma at some point in our lives, whether it be emotional, physical, psychological, spiritual or as some other form. Integrative Bodywork Therapy is an embodied practice, to help those suffering from trauma, chronic pain, recovery from an injury, or general pain issues, feel better.
Integrative Bodywork Therapy - Individual Sessions
A combination of iRest Yoga Nidra Dyad and Thai Yoga Massage with Reiki. Work through your emotional blocks and unprocessed trauma in a somatic (mind-body integration) format to re-balance your life.
You will have the ability to complete an iRest yoga nidra dyad followed by a Thai yoga massage with Reiki to work out anything that came up during the iRest dyad or co-meditation. This combination integrates the mind-body allowing unresolved issues or conflict to resolve, restore balance in the nervous system, and release stored memory in the connective tissue of the body.
New Clients: All new clients invest in 3 sessions. One visit will typically not result in resolved problems. It is recommended to maintain a regular practice with the assistance of psychotherapy (recommendations can be given upon request). The initial 3 visits will allow for you to make an informed decision about effectiveness of trying out a new treatment. Sessions should ideally be once a week for 3 weeks in a row. If my schedule or yours doesn't permit every single week for 3 weeks in a row, we can discuss other options that will allow for consistency in your treatment plan.
Return Client: Once your initial 3 sessions are complete, you are now considered a Return Client. Return clients can book individual sessions. One visit will typically not result in resolved problems. It is recommended to maintain a regular practice with the assistance of psychotherapy (recommendations can be given upon request). Return clients who re-book their next appointment for 4 weeks out while they are at my office, keep their original appointment and show up on time will receive $10 off each session.
